Hired as the organization's first in-house recruiter following the merger of two practices (one in serving Maryland and one serving Virginia and Washington, DC) and rebrand. Scaled the company from 150 to 500+ employees, placing 8–15 candidates per month across 17 locations. Laid the foundation for the practice to now have 80 locations and over 750 medical professionals.
